An experienced senior PASS consultant will work directly with your company to examine the tender submission and standstill notice from the contracting authority and consider whether there are grounds for challenge against the award process.

The PASS consultant will use their own market experience to identify any issues within the procurement process and will use their extensive knowledge of the market to provide suggestions on how you could best proceed.

Your senior PASS consultant can support you at any debrief meetings and can work in tandem with your legal representatives to develop a structured objection to the award decision of the authority. They will also work with you to develop a Freedom of Information enquiry, where appropriate, to get further more detailed information about the evaluation process from the contracting authority.

Both your tender response and the original tender specification will be reviewed to identify any areas that may breach the procurement rules and the scoring of your bid will be evaluated to identify any areas where the contracting authority may have erred in the process.
